Drink driving

LUKE CADORET, 25, of Meadow Way, Yarnton, admitted drink-driving and driving without insurance in Staverton Road, Oxford, on November 17. Had 60mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £276, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

ELLENA MARCELLA PRESCOTT, 35, of Kestrel Crescent, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, on November 17. Had 48mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breathm exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £276, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.

KAROLINA SYNAL, 25, of Mattock Way, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving in Boulter Drive, Abingdon, on November 17. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

JONATHAN WORSLEY, 53, of Barrington Close, Witney, admitted drink-driving in Cumnor Road, Farmoor, on November 16. Had 81mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £150, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified for 20 months.

SANCHEZ LATCHMAN, 39, of St Martins Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Sunderland Avenue, Oxford, on November 18. Had 60mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

ANDREW POTTER, 31, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit at Ermont Way, Banbury, on November 4. Had 68 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. Fined £120, victim surcharge of £30, court costs of £85 and 18-month driving ban.

Speeding

ANDREW JAMES FOX, 43, of Springfield Avenue, Banbury, admitted speeding at 40mph in a 30mph zone in Aynho Road, Adderbury, on April 27. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

ROBERT EDWARD OLIVER HILLER, 28, of Woodgreen, Witney, was convicted of speeding at 48mph in a 40mph zone on the A4074, Crowmarsh, on April 30. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

DANIEL SIBLEY, 31, of Blush Crescent, Carterton, was convicted of speeding by driving 50 mph in a 40 mph area at Bicester on May 2. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

BEN SMITH, 34, of Brome Way, Carterton, was convicted of speeding by driving 36 mph in a 30 mph area at East Hanney on May 20. He was fined £160 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

TOMASZ ZAK, 26, of Coldwell Drive, Witney, was convicted of speeding by driving 37 mph in a 30 mph area at Witney on May 23. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
