BANBURY

JACK BARRETT, 38, of Mckeeron Place, Banbury, admitted stealing men’s fragrance to the value of £218 from Debenhams, Bournemouth on July 4. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £50.

DANIEL GELL, 49, of Eastfield Road, Witney, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty at Witney on November 6 as well as three counts of causing criminal damage to windows and using threatening abusive words or behaviour. He was fined £50 for each offence and must compensation of £250 and a victim surcharge of £30.

HARLEY MORRIS, 27, of Wychwood Close, Witney, admitted using threatening abusive words or behaviour at Oxford on November 9. He was fined £176 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ANDREW SILVER, 35, of Barrow Road, Abingdon, admitted stealing meat to a value unknown at Tesco, Witney and food items from Co Op, Witney on October 30 as well as perfume valued at £125.50 from Debenhams, Banbury and sunglasses valued at £270 from Boots Opticians, Banbury, on October 31. He was fined £50 for each offence and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

SIMON GOODMAN, 30, of Middleton Road, Bucknell, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when requested at Banbury police station on November 10. He was fined £320 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

KRZYSZTOF JURKIEWICZ, 33, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted being in charge of a vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit on November 3 at Cromwell Road, Banbury. Had 112 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £346 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

ALASTAIR CLARK-ROYAL, 31, of West Street, Banbury, admitted using racially motivated threatening abusive words or behaviour causing another harassment, alarm or distress on November 24 at Banbury as well as assaulting a constable. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment programme for three months and rehabilitation activity requirement for five days and unpaid work for 60 hours. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

HENRI GOMM , 28, of High Street, Ascott-under-Wychwood, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on November 24 at Woodstock. Had 84 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £500 and must paya victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

DEREK MORGAN, 52, of Netherton Road, Appleton, admitted being a driver of a vehicle and failing to stop after a road traffic accident at Bicester on August 7. He was fined £160 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

OXFORD

AUBIN GOMIS, 32, of Oxford Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between May 30 and June 27. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

JENNA LEANNE KENDALL, 33, of Wytham View, Eynsham, was convicted of speeding at 45mph in a 30mph zone in Witney Road, Standlake, on April 12. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

MOHAMMAD JAWAAD ALI RANA, 21, of Cavendish Drive, Marston, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between May 30 and June 27. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

EUCLID ROACHFORD, 64, of Slaymaker Close, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between May 25 and June 22. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

PAUL JOHN ROBERTS, 44, of Barton Village Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between July 23 and August 20. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

JAMIE GODDARD, 26, of Nightingale Avenue, Oxford, admitted stealing electronic items from Cell Phone Repairs in Templars Square Shopping Centre on December 25, 2017. A community order was made and he must attend rehabilitation activity for 10 days. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

SHAZAD LATIF, 19, of Milton Road, Oxford, admitted using a vehicle without insurance and obstructing an officer in the execution of his duty in Divinity Road, Oxford, on October 30. Fined £400, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified for 28 days.

MATTHEW JONATHAN WEBB, 37, of Knot Way, Drayton, admitted stealing alcohol worth £39 from Tesco Metro in Magdalen Street, Oxford on November 10. Community order made and he must attend treatment for alcohol dependency for six months. Must pay £39 compensation and a £46 victim surcharge.

TREASURE MUHWEZI, 28, of O’Hanlon House, Oxford, admitted stealing a North Face jacket containing a wallet, cards and keys from La Cucina, Oxford, on September 18. Also stole 24 cans of Red Bull from Sainsbury’s on September 11 and a pedal cycle from a man on September 12. A community order was made and he was placed under curfew between 9pm and 8am. Must pay compensation of £91.99 and court costs of £45.

CHELSEA ANDERSON, 30, of Horley Drive, Banbury, admitted watching television without a licence between July 14, 2017 and July 20, 2017. Fined £100, must pay a £30 victim surcharge.
