A CONSTRUCTION traffic plan has been revealed for a new housing estate being built on the site of Wallingford's former police station.
The work will be split into four sections: demolition, archaeological investigation, 'sub-structure construction to ground level' and 'superstructure construction above ground level'.
The developer said that access into the site would be controlled by the site manager and that, where possible, 'vehicles accessing the site will do so in a forward gear and will turn within the site allowing them to leave in a forward gear'.
However the company also categorically stated: "No reversing out of the site will be permitted."
Winslade Investments has sent its plans to South Oxfordshire District Council. Find them at southoxon.gov.uk using reference number P18/S4144/DIS
