OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

SCOTT ALEXANDER, 32, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing alcohol valued at £80 from Marks and Spencers, Banbury, on November 11 as well as being in breach of a previously imposed conditional discharge. He was made subject to a rehabilitation activity requirement for five days and must pay a fine totalling £50 and a victim surcharge of £85.

MATTHEW KINNAIRD, 34, of Hazel Crescent, Kidlington, admitted stealing alcohol valued at £43 and alcohol valued at £65.50 from Tesco, Cowley Road, on October 17. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for five days and unpaid work for 40 hours and must pay compensation of £43 and a victim surcharge of £85.

DEAN LUCKETT, 31, of Meadside, Wallingford, admitted driving above the legal drug limit for Ketamine with 376 mcg of the drug in his blood on May 4 at Didcot as well as possession of 0.863g of Ketamine. He was made subject to a community order to include unpaid work for 40 hours and must pay a fine of £80, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

KARL MCKENZIE, 50, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted driving with a quantity of cannabis in his blood on July 3 at A34 Marcham. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

IAN BAKER, 39, of Seven Acres, Thame, was convicted of speeding by driving 101 mph in a 70 mph area at the A34 Chieveley on March 20. He was fined £649 and must pay a victim surcharge of £64 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DUNCAN SPIERS, 39, of Richmond Street, Kings Sutton, was convicted of speeding by driving 36 mph in a 30 mph area at Botley Road, Oxford, on March 21. He was fined £197 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

KYLE SPINDLER, 31, of Ash Lane, Ambrosden, admitted speeding by driving 53 mph in a 40 mph area at Bicester on March 11. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and was disqualified from driving for seven days.

BOGUSZ KRUPSKI, 28, of Colwell Drive, Witney, admitted speeding by driving in excess of 30 mph in a 30 mph area at Botley Road, Oxford, on January 11. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

NICHOLAS FAULKNER, 48, of Harcourt Terrance, Oxford, was convicted of using a mobile phone while driving at Bridge Street, Oxford, on May 9. He was fined £175 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £200 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SIMONAS JANKAUSKAS, 34, of Hollow Way, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver between April 20 and May 18 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

GABRIEL CHAMBERLAIN, 44, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted two counts of stealing a bicycle to a value unknown at Oxford Youth Theatre, Magdalen Road on June 12 and at Cowley Road on September 11 as well as breaching a conditional discharge. He was jailed foe 16 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

MICHAEL BARRETT, 38, of Chadelworth Way, Kingston Bagpuize, admitted using a vehicle where there was no insurance policy in force respect of third party risks on December 18 at Frilford. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JOSE PHILLIPS, 57, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching breaching a criminal behaviour order by being drunk in public and using abusive or insulting language at High Street, Oxford, on November 2. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

DAVID BYRNE, 67, of East Street, Fritwell, was convicted of speeding by driving 88 mph in a 70 mph area at the M40 Great Milton on April 5. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

She was fiend £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

WAYNE KAY, 52, of Buckingham Crescent, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 56 mph in a 40 mph area at Bicester on April 7. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge oif £44 and court costs of £85 and was given four penalty points.
