OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

MOHAMMED HUSSAIN, 32, of Vineyard, Abingdon, admitted failing to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence by failing to attend unpaid work on July 15 and 22. He was ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay court costs of £175.

RIMVYDAS MAZEIKA, 20, of Druce Way, Oxford, admitted failing to stop a vehicle when required by a uniformed constable as well as failing to stop after an accident and driving without insurance at Burchester Avenue, Oxford, on October 30. He was fined a total of £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

JOSE PHILLIPS, 57, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by having an open can of cider and was using insulting and abusive language in the hearing of members of the public on October 31 at Cambridge Terrace, Oxford. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

MARK HENDRON, 31, of Parkside, Marcham, failed to comply with the supervision requirements after being released from prison by failing to attend supervision on September 13 and 25 and October 2. He was fined £100.

OWEN BOUND, 18, of Kennet Close, Grove, admitted taking a vehicle without the owner's consent on October 17 at Kennet Close as well as driving without third party insurance or a driving licence on October 10 and 17 at Kennet Close and aggravated vehicle taking. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and must pay compensation of £170, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

SHANE BOWERS, 26, of Tyrrells Way, Sutton Courtenay, admitted causing criminal damage by destroying spindles on a staircase, oven door, glass cabinet and kitchen utensils, to the value of unknown at Sutton Courtenay on September 13. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days and must pay compensation of £50.

SCOTT FITZGERALD, 26, of Alice Smith Square, Oxford admitted assaulting a woman as well as using threatening, abusive words, behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Oxford on October 5. He was made subject to a community order to include 30 days rehabilitation activity requirement and he must pay compensation of £150.

GARY ROWLEY, 48, of Palmer Road, Oxford, admitted stealing whiskey and cognac valued at £38.97 from Aldi, Horspath Driftway on July 9 and champagne valued at £78 from BP Express station, Wolvercote on September 16. He was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

DARREN GOODWIN, 30, of Nettlebed Mead, Oxford, admitted harassment without violence on a woman between July 12 and August 3 at Oxford. He was made subject to a community order to include participation in the building better relationships programme for 31 days and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

WAYNE PINNEY, 34, of St Mary's, Wantage, was convicted of speeding by driving 63 mph in a 50 mph area at the A34 Wytham. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £250 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES'

TEMI FAMUYIWA, 46, of Sir Henry Jake Close, Banbury, admitted stealing a pedal cycle at Southam Road, Banbury, on November 13 and breaching a previously imposed suspended sentence. He was fined a total of £150 and must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

MARCEL FORBES, 39, of Barnes Hill, Birmingham, admitted vagrancy by being found in an enclosed area at Telford Road, Bicester, for an unlawful purpose - the theft of motor vehicles, on November 13 and breaching a 12-month conditional discharge. He was made subject to a community order to include 200 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £40.

STUART HUTCHINGS, 43, of Margaret Close, Banbury, admitted attempted burglary with intent to steal at Park Road, Banbury as well as having a quantity of cannabis and a quantity of Xanax at Banbury Police Station at August 23. He was jailed for 22 weeks suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include an overnight curfew for three months and supervision for 12 months. He must also pay compensation of £400 and a fine totalling £150.

HAYLEY WHITE, 23, of Ferriston, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal limit for ketamine on April 26 at Banbury. Had 204 mcg of the drug, above the specified limit. She also admitted possession of ketamine and cannabis. She was made subject to a community order to include 110 hours of unpaid work and must pay a fine of £150, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

ANDREI PARASCANU, 31, of Horton View, Banbury, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when requested at Banbury Police Station on August 20. He was fined £700 and must pay a victim surcharge of £70 and court costs of £300 and was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

GARY WICKENS, 36, of Leach Road, Bicester, admitted stealing five packets of chicken fillets valued at £40 from Marks and Spencers, Bicester, on October 10. as well as two packs of sausages, four packs of cheese and two packs of ham valued at £21.14 from Co-Op Bicester on July 21. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay totalling £61.14 and court costs of £45.
