THIEVES made off with power tools, jewellery and a mini motorbike during a spate of burglaries in Oxford over the weekend.
The mini motorbike was taken from Grange Road, Littlemore, sometime between 9pm on Friday and 10am Saturday, after the padlock on a shed was broken.
Another shed on Railway Lane, in Littlemore, was raided just after midnight on Sunday, with power tools stolen by someone who hopped the fence to the back garden.
Between Friday and Sunday, jewellery was also stolen from a property on Jackson Road, Summertown, after the back door was forced and the property ransacked.
In Divinity Road, St Clements’s, meanwhile, a property was broken into between 6am and 7am on Sunday, but nothing was stolen.
There were also a break in at Downside Road, Risinghurst, on Friday between 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
The house had been raided and police said it is not yet known whether anything was taken.
