A MAN has been left with life-threatening injuries and is in a critical condition in hospital after a head-on collision.
The 36-year-old remains in the John Radcliffe Hospital after the crash on the A361, near Filkins at 7.30pm on Thursday.
A 37-year-old man from Swindon has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by driving while disqualified, causing serious injury by dangerous driving and driving while over the prescribed limit for alcohol in connection with the incident.
He remains in police custody at this time.
Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to call 101, quoting URN 1102 (22/11).
