FOOTBALL fans heading to Oxford City's big FA Cup replay on Tuesday can take advantage of free shuttle buses.
The Oxford Bus Company is providing a special service from Thornhill Park and Ride for fans travelling to the match against Tranmere Rovers at Court Place Farm.
Buses will leave Thornhill at 6pm, 6.25, 6.50 and 7.15, returning at 9.45pm, 10.10 and 10.35.
A sell-out crowd is expected for the first round replay, which will be televised live on BT Sport.
The match kicks off at 7.45pm.
Luke Marion, finance and commercial director at Oxford Bus Company, said: “We’re proud to support local sport where possible and wish Oxford City all the very best for the big match.
“We’re match sponsors for the cup game and with a big crowd expected we were happy to help the football club provide supporters with a convenient way to travel to the match.
“We have run the service for big matches at Court Place Farm in the past and it helped alleviate parking issues at the ground.”
Laura Hextall, commercial manager at Oxford City Football Club said: “Our thanks go to the Oxford Bus Company for their fantastic support.
"Everyone is looking forward to what will be one of the biggest matches in the club’s history and we’d encourage people to take advantage of the free shuttle service on the night.”
