JOCELYN TOMKINS, 43, of Elm Drive, Garsington, admitted committing and act outraging public decency by urinating and defecating in the street as well as using threatening, abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Cowley Road on June 7 and causing £75 criminal damage to a police van at Abingdon police station. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay court costs of £275 and compensation of £75.

ARTHUR ASSUNCAO, 26, of High Street, Banbury, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between April 9 and May 7 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

RICHARD JOHNSON, 33, of Upper Heyford, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 53 mph in a 40 mph area at the A41 Bicester on February 19. He was fined £275 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of 85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

CONAUGH PARKER, 22, of Evenlode Drive, Didcot, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between May 16 and June 13 at Banbury. GLADYS PASTORE-JONES, 44, of Evenlode Drive, Wallingford, was convicted of speeding by driving 41 mph in a 30 mph area at Watlington on March 12. He was fined £90 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

BEVERLEY RICKELL, 57, of Marlborough Avenue, Kidlington, was convicted of speeding by driving 37 mph in a 30 mph area at Eynsham Road, Oxford, on February 19. GERARD MPUNGI, 37, of Burchester Avenue, Oxford, admitted four counts of assault by beating on seven occasions between February 28 and May 10 at Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20

Harry GUSTAFSON, 24, of Fishermans Wharf, Abingdon, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having previously paid for a fare on May 10. He was fined £146 and must pay compensation of £42.50 and a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £145.

DAVID SEAGER, 44, of Tamina Close, Carterton, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements following release from prison. He was fined £50.

FAISAL AWAN, 38, of Giles Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving while not wearing a seatbelt, driving with a child under 14 in the front passenger seat not wearing a seatbelt and using a vehicle in a manner likely to cause danger on July 19 at Ridgefield Road, Oxford.
