A MAN'S body has been found in a house in Oxford, police have confirmed.
Police said they were called at 3.55pm on Friday after they were called to a house in Southmoor Road, Jericho.
The call was made after someone at the property discovered a man in his 40s, who police confirm has died.
His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers.
The death is being treated as unexplained but not suspicious.

Neighbours told the Oxford Mail they were asked by police to keep their children inside.
An ambulance has also been seen in the road.
A resident of the street, who did not want to be named, said: "We heard and saw the police and knew something was going on.
"The police officer said he couldn't tell us what was going on. It is so sad to hear that this has happened."
