Passenger pressure group Ox Rail Action, which represents commuters who travel into London, has welcomed the arrival of a new managing director at criticised rail company First Great Western.
Alison Forster, the managing director of FGW, has been moved to a new post following the firm's poor performance and Andrew Haines, above, the group's UK Rail managing director, will take over operations next Monday.
Ox Rail spokesman Zahra Akkerhuys said: "We are relieved that Alison has moved from her post."
