CCTV released after 81-year-old victim of bank robbery
A PENSIONER has been the target of a distraction robbery at a Bicester bank.
Thames Valley Police have released CCTV of a man they are hunting after it happened on Tuesday, about 11.30am at Barclays Bank in Market Square.
Police describe the thief as Eastern European and having a foreign accent.
