THIEVES ransacked a safe during an early-morning break-in at a restaurant in Cornmarket Street today.
Cash, a laptop and two iPads were stolen after burglars broke into the safe at Leon between midnight and 6am.
The rear fire door had been forced open to gain entry to the restaurant while a window at the front of the property was also smashed during the burglary.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
