AN ANIMAL charity has applied to build a two storey office building at its West Oxfordshire headquarters.
Blue Cross, which offers a pet adoption service, wants to construct the office and associated parking on Shilton Road, Burford.
The charity has been based in West Oxfordshire since 1991.
It has four animal hospitals, twelve rehoming centres and runs mobile clinics across the country, plus around 50 charity shops that help support its work through the sale of donated clothes and accessories.
