A MAN exposed himself to a woman in her 60s while running past her in Chipping Norton.
Police are investigating the 'exposure incident' which happened at around 7.30am on Friday.
The victim was walking near the A3400 when it happened.
The offender is described as white, aged in his early 20s, approximately 5ft 7ins, of slim build, had dark curly hair showing below his woollen hat and dark eyebrows.
He was wearing a long-sleeved fitted mid grey t-shirt, dark loose cotton trousers, and a navy knitted woollen hat.
Investigating officer PC Harry Bryan, based at Banbury police station, said: “We are working to identify the offender and would like to speak to anyone who was driving down the A3400 between 7.15am and 7.45am who may have seen a man matching the description of the offender or witnessed the incident taking place. If you have an information, please come forward.”
