TWO teenagers have been charged in connection with a serious crash which left two other boys with 'life-changing injuries'.
The crash happened on May 12 when a Vauxhall Corsa left the road and collided with a tree, before finishing up in a field in Days Lane, Ewelme near Wallingford.
Two 16-year-old boys suffered life-changing injuries as a result of the crash. One of the boys has now been discharged from hospital, while the other remains in a rehabilitation unit.
Thames Valley Police today said two other 16-year-old boys, one from Ewelme and one from Sonning Common have been charged with aggravated vehicle taking and injury caused by accident, use of a motor vehicle on a road without third party insurance and driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
They are expected to appear at Oxford Youth Court on October 10, while the two other 16-year-old boys [who were injured in the crash] have been released without charge.
