POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a robbery in Rose Hill Cemetery, by a group of boys with a knife.

As a young man walked through the cemetery, he was approached by five teenage boys on bicycles, who threatened the victim with a knife and took his wallet containing cash, according to police.

The victim ran away from the group and did not suffer any injuries from the incident, on Saturday, September 8, at around 6:40pm in Church Cowley Road, Oxford.

All five attackers are described as teenage boys around 17-years-old.

The first offender is described as mixed race, of slim build and with medium length brown hair. He was wearing a light grey hooded jumper and carrying a black shoulder bag.

The second offender is described as black, 5ft 5 tall, slim build, with short black hair. He was wearing a long sleeved green hooded jumper, light coloured trousers and a black bandana.

The third offender is described as white, 5ft 9 and of medium build, with short black hair. He was wearing a blue top with long sleeves and black trousers.

The fourth offender is described as white, 5ft 10ins tall, of medium build, with short black curly hair. He was wearing a black jacket and jeans.

The fifth offender is described as white and about 5ft 10ins tall.
