OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

TOMMY MAUGHAN, 43, of Fiennes Road, Banbury, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver between October 7 and November 4. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ERVIS CIRA, 28, of Marlborough Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving a vehicle without undue care and attention on May 26 at Abingdon Road, Oxford, and driving without third party insurance. He was fined a total of £733 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

AARON JOHNSON, 29, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted stealing three counts of stealing bottles of wine valued at £38 from the Co-Op, Oxford, on August 17, causing criminal damage at Tesco, Cowley Road, on July 7 and stealing a case of Strongbow cider valued at £9 from Co-Op, Oxford, on August 28. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and must pay compensation totalling £547.

ANDREW CALLEN, 52, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend supervision on July 3. He was fined £40.

SHARLENE ALDERSON, 30, of Mather Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man at Cowley Road, Oxford, on July 21 and failing to surrender to custody. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40.

KERRETH ATKINS, 44, of Weirs Lane, Oxford, admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance on June 13 at Vicarage Road, Oxford. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JOHN COCKS, 55, of Bicester Road, Stratton Audley, Oxfordshire, admitted failing to comply with a traffic light while driving at Oxford Road on June 20. He was fined £115 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ANDREW DARLING, 26, of Kennington Road, Oxford, admitted speeding by driving 98 mph in a 70 mph area at the A42 Bicester on June 23. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ELGIS KURTI, 23, of Ladenham Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance or a driving licence on February 11 at Cowley Road, Oxford. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES'

JODIE PRIN, 39, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, admitted stealing various items valued at £496.82 from Tesco, Bicester, on August 18 as well as stealing assorted groceries valued at £254.96 from Sainsbury's, Oxford and possession of a quantity of cocaine on August 17. She was jailed for 28 days suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

CARL AXTELL, 31, of Court Gardens, Witney, admitted assaulting a man and a woman on July 12 at Hill View, Carterton. He was made subject to a community order to include an alcohol treatment requirement for six months, a rehabilitation activity requirements for 20 days and an unpaid work requirement for 60 hours. He must also pay compensation totalling £100 and court costs of £85.

LEIGHTON CAMPBELL, 18, of Bramble Bank, Witney, admitted assaulting two men at Witney on June 3. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation totalling £225, a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

MAJID KHAN, 35, of Fergusson Road, Banbury, admitted possession of 0.194g of heroin and 0.432g of cocaine on March 23 at Banbury. He was fined a total of £320 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ELEANOR HOGG, 53, of Elder Way, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman at Market Square, Witney, on July 27. She must pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £85.

MANDEEP PUREWAL, 45, of Lancaster Close, Bicester, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on June 25 at Middleton Stoney, Bicester. Had 193 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40 and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

GAVIN MINNS, 40, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing alcohol valued at £240 from Sainsbury's, Oxford, on June 30, razors valued at £90 from Boots, Oxford, on July 16, alcohol totalling £218.50 from Sainsburys, Cowley, and Tesco, Cowley Road, on April 23, razors valued at £199 from Boots, Oxford on May 10, razors valued at £409.98 from Boots, Oxford, on July 3, more razors valued at £194.99 from Boots, Oxford, on July 12 and razors valued at £114 from Boots, Oxford, on July 14. He was jailed a total of 12 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

OLIVER THOMSON, 20, of Garsington Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend rehabilitation activity requirement on June 29 and unpaid work requirement on July 3. He was fined £20 and ordered to continue.

RYAN WILLIAMS, 23, of St Johns Road, Banbury, admitted racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour against a man on July 26. He was fined £180 and must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.
