STEVEN RUSHMER, 54, of North Way, Headington, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in St Aldate’s, Oxford on August 22. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

JAMES BARRASS, 29, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a pedal bicycle worth £275 in Sheep Street, Bicester on July 7. Jailed for two weeks, must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

JORDAN MCDONAGH, 22, of HM Prison Bullingdon, Bicester, admitted committing fraud by false representation by using a credit cards belonging to a woman on May 2. Jailed for four weeks, must pay compensation of £114.06.

JAMIE ANTHONY KENT, 40, of Hillary Drive, Didcot, was convicted of assaulting a woman by beating her in Didcot on February 18. Fined £250, must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £200.

IAN MAGEE, 54, of Crowberry Road, Oxford, was convicted of sexually assaulting a female by touching her in Oxford on September 17. Community order made and he must attend rehabilitation activity for 15 days. Must carry out 40 hours unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay £500 compensation.

SULTAN MIAH, 25, of Gordon Woodward Way, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man by beating him at Rivermead Rehabilitation Centre, Abingdon, on March 18. Fined £400, must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85.

KAMIL SZYPULA, 19, of Hampden Way, Ewelme, admitted drink-driving in Benson McDonald’s service area on June 2. Had 88mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £200, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

NEIL WESTON, 36, of Lawrence Way, Bicester, was convicted of speeding at 70mph in a 40mph zone on the A41, Bicester, on January 13. Fined £645, must pay a victim surcharge of £64 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 28 days.

LEE WHITEHOUSE, 49, of Hendred Street, Oxford, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order by sending text messages to a woman on August 22. Fined £50, must pay court costs of £85.

RYAN JAMES MACDONALD, 25, of Allnatt Avenue, Wallingford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Wallingford on March 17. Fined £185, must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

FLORENCE AUSTIN, 29, of Miller Place, Steventon, admitted drink-driving in Station Road, Grove on May 6. Had 211mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, exceeding the limit of 80mlg. Community order made and she must carry out 40 hours unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 23 months.

JAMES MANGAN, 46, of Green Close, Benson, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Wallingford on May 10. Court found offence was aggravated due to the disability of the victim. Community order made and he must attend alcohol treatment for 36 days. Must pay compensation of £300.

MELINDA PITMAN, 22, of James Close, Upper Heyford, admitted drink-driving in Kynaston Road, Didcot, on August 11. Had 101mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £215, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

AARON PULLEN, 26, of no fixed address, admitted failing to stop after a road accident, driving without insurance and driving without due care and attention in Bicester Road, Kingswood, on July 23. Jailed for 10 weeks, must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £85 court costs. Disqualified for 12 months.

LEE WARD, 24, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty and being drunk and disorderly in a public place at the Bullnose Morris, Watlington Road. Fined £184, must pay £50 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

TONI DOWDESWELL, 29, of Nuffield Close, Didcot, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty, causing criminal damage to a captor pot lanyard worth £30 belonging to Thames Valley Police and £78 worth of damage to a cell at Abingdon Police Station on August 27. Must pay £208 compensation and £85 court costs.

JODIE PRIN, 39, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order and did not attend rehabilitation activity between June 14 and July 31. Fined £50.

JACK BERRY, 22, of Cromwell Road, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on a railway between Princes Risborough and Bicester North without having paid the fare on February 24. Fined £440, must pay £5.90 compensation, a £44 victim surcharge and £100 court costs.

PAULA PRYSKO, 19, of Lapwing Close, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on the railway between High Wycombe and Bicester North without having paid the fare on March 16. Fined £440, must pay £7.60 compensation, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £100.

REASHAD QUICK, 31, of Wendlebury Village, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on the railway between Marylebone and Bicester Village without having paid the fare on April 9. Fined £440, must pay £32.60 compensation, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £100.

MARTIN SOBEY, 37, of Churchill Road, Didcot, was convicted of travelling on the railway between Bicester Village and Oxford stations without having paid the fare on April 10. Fined £440, must pay £4.70 compensation, a £44 victim surcharge and £100 court costs.

GILLAN WILLIAMS, 36, of Papist Way, Cholsey, admitted using a motorcycle on a public road having previously declared that it would not be used in Observatory Street, Oxford on November 3. Fined £600, must pay back excise duty of £125.92.
