FOUR people have been treated for feeling unwell after yesterday's chlorine leak at Begbroke Science Park.
Staff were evacuated from some buildings at the park, near Kidlington, to allow for firefighters to deal with the hazardous leak.
Chlronine was found to be leaking from an external cylinder and forced firefighters to wear gas tight suits to avoid coming in to contact with the chemical.
It happened shortly after 9am and the nearby buildings had to be ventilated for a number of hours, whilst South Central Ambulance Service’s specialist Hazardous Area Response Team treated four people at the scene.
The park resumed normal work by 2pm.
