Entrepreneur Timothy Baker is flushed with success after his decision to sell bog roll showing the American President’s face.

Shouts of, “If you’re going to take a dump, don’t forget your Trump!” echoed down Cornmarket Street, as the 29-year old New Zealander displayed his wares in a shopping trolley.

“We’ve got two types: “Kissy” and “P*ssy”, he said yesterday, indicating first a pouting, then a scowling Donald Trump.

Mr Baker and his partner, James O’Brien, sold 2,000 rolls in four days last Christmas, and 10,000 rolls since, in different cities around the UK.

Mr Baker, from Bristol, added: "Initially, the idea was to sell normal toilet paper but then James said, ‘You know what would be really funny...'."

For Wadham students Phoebe Bachsleitner and Son Olszewski, Donald Trump toilet paper can’t wipe out their anger at the President’s political stance, but they’ll have fun putting it in the communal bathrooms of their college.

Mr Olszewski, a 20-year-old law student, said, “I don’t think I’m doing anything politically by buying it, but it’ll make my mornings funnier”.

But 19-year-old PPE student Ms Bachsleitner thinks the Trump bog roll “represents growing politicisation”.

Despite the scheme’s popularity, Mr Baker has also received abuse for selling his Trump toilet paper.

He said: "This American guy came up to me, and said ‘I think this is a sh*tty idea and you’re a sh*tty person. I asked if he was being ironic.

"He said ‘no’, and I said ‘That’s a shame, you just made an amazing pun and didn’t even realise it”.

Mr Baker and his business partner were only in Oxford for one day but sales were strong so they could return.

One customer asked: "Will it be toxic on my sensitive behind?" before parting with her cash.

The was no buy one get one free (BOGOF) offer - the two-ply 244 sheet rolls cost two for £5 or one for £3.
