AN OXFORD-BASED theatre company will begin a national tour of its latest production with a special show near Witney.
Mandala will perform its show, Castaways, at Asthall Manor country house, near Witney, on Friday at 1.30 and 7.30.
The production explores the nature of friendship, trauma and tribal loyalties in a neighbourhood waiting to erupt, with a post-show discussion taking place after each performance.
Performance director Yasmin Sidhwa said: “Our work is specifically staged to engage local people in debating important social issues, so the post show panel is a vital part of the performance.
"The views raised can then be channelled into our productions."
