DANIEL DUNSMORE BOURNE, 25, of Sir Frank Williams Avenue, Didcot, admitted to drink driving in Central Drive, Didcot, with 85mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the 35mcg limit, and driving without insurance on July 14. Fined £350, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Banned from driving for 36 months.

THOMAS EDMUND DOUGLAS-GILBERT, 23, of Hagbourne Road, Didcot, admitted to making off without paying for £20.08 of unleaded petrol form Midcounties Coop Services in Didcot on April 8; making off without paying for £50.02 of unleaded petrol from Midcounties Coop Services in Didcot on April 12; making off without paying for £65.58 of unleaded petrol from Midcounties Coop Services in Didcot on 28; making off without paying for £68.49 of unleaded petrol from Tesco Petrol Station in Didcot on May 2; and committing an offence during the period of a suspended sentence. Rehabilitation requirement. Fined £400, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85.

OWEN MAUGHAN, 55, of Longlands Road, Oxford, admitted to obstructing or resisting a police constable in the execution of their duty in Balfour Road, Oxford, on March 18. Fined £100, victim surcharge £30 and costs £150.

MAHAD ALI, 41, of Pine Close, Oxford, was convicted of driving at 37mph in Marston Road, Oxford, a 30mph zone, on January 26. Fined £40, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Three penalty points.

SUSAN ELIZABETH FRENCH, 62, of Osney Close, Hook Norton, was convicted of driving at 37mph on Woodstock Road, Oxford, a 30mph zone, on December 31. Fined £59, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Three penalty points.

STUART HARRIS, 65, of Springfield Road, Wantage, was convicted of driving at 40mph in Steventon Road, Drayton, a 30mph zone, on January 18. Fined £30, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Three penalty points.

BOGUSZ KRUPSKI, 27, of Floreys Close, Hailey, was convicted of failing to give evidence to police relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between January 18 and February 15. Fined £660, victim surcharge £66 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

JAYSON PAUL LYON, 32, of Waynflete Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information to police relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between March 23 and April 20. Fined £660, victim surcharge £66 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

MARCO SOBRINHO, 41, of Phipps Road, Oxford, admitted speeding by driving 36 mph in a 30 mph area on December 31 at Marston Road, Oxford. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

TADAS ADEIKIS, 31, of Sawpit Road, Oxford, admitted failing to cooperate with a preliminary roadside breath test and failing to provide a specimen for analysis on July 1 at Bernwood Road, Oxford. He was fined £275 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

James ASHWORTH, 24, of Hawksmoor Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty at Bertie Place, Oxford, and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at the John Radcliffe Hospital on June 26. He was fined a total of £90 and must pay compensation of £30, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

NATNAEL GEBEREMARIAM, 19, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man at Queen Street, Oxford, on June 30. Made subject to a community order and 40 hours unpaid work. Compensation £75, victim surcharge £85and costs £40

JAIME CURTIS, 28, of Newlands, Northend, Oxfordshire, admitted assaulting a man causing him actual bodily harm on July 6 at Henley as well as failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and must pay a fine of £200, a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

KENNETH SORRELL, 35, of Vulcan Court, Banbury admitted using a large goods vehicle without valid insurance on April 7 at Calthorpe Street, Banbury. He was fined £138 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KYLE WILLOUGHBY, 31, of Manor Road, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work requirement on July 16 as well as supervision on July 24. He was made subject to a community order to include participation in the building better relationships programme for 31 days and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days.

OLIVER COSH, 28, of Wensum Crescent, Bicester, admitted sending a grossly offence, indecent, obscene or menacing electronic communication on July 14 at Bicester. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for six months, participation in the building better relationships programme for 31 days and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 16 days. He must also carry out 200 hours of unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £620.

PHILIP EDGINTON, 30, of Waltham Gardens, Banbury, admitted causing criminal damage to a window pane, hanging basket and two large plant pots to the value of £274 on May 5 at Banbury. He was fined £200 and must pay compensation of £204, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.
