HUNDREDS of mourners paid their final respects to Adam Davis who died in a car crash earlier this month. The service for the 19-year-old took place at St Edburg's Church, Bicester, yesterday.
Mr Davis, of Oxlip Leyes, Bicester, and friend James McCabe, of Hemingway Drive, Bicester, died when their red Peugeot 205 crashed in Middleton Stoney Road, on August 6.
On Monday, hundreds of mourners also attended the funeral of Mr McCabe at St Edburg's. Members of Cruise Bicester, a group of young car enthusiasts, carried his coffin in to the service.
Earlier this month, a 200-car procession drove past the scene of the crash.
More than 400 people took part in the drive-past before releasing 700 balloons in memory of the friends.
