JUTAMAS MOOLNAMTEANG, 32, of Buckingham Road, Bicester, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Sheep Street, Bicester, on January 17. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

MAX WELLER, 19, of Plantation Avenue, Marcham, was convicted of using a vehicle with tyres where the depth was less than 1mm in Marcham Road, Abingdon, on February 16. Fined £440, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

NATALIE ALICIA JAMES, 46, of Larkhill, Wantage, admitted stealing goods worth £413.40 from Waitrose in Abingdon, and driving without due care and attention on Abbey Close, Abingdon, on April 20. Fined £300, must pay £75 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £150 court costs. Five penalty points.

YOSUF UDDIN, 20, of Vetch Place, Oxford, admitted failing to stop a vehicle when required by an officer, driving without due care and attention and using a vehicle without insurance in Balfour Road, Oxford, on December 28. DORATA SLIWINSKA, 41, of Lidsey Road, Banbury, was convicted of driving a vehicle without due care and attention in West Bar Street, Banbury on October 1. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

RAYMOND STOODLEY, 36, of New Road, East Hagbourne, was convicted of driving a vehicle without due care and attention and driving without insurance in Park End Street, Oxford on March 28. Fined £1,100, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Eight penalty points.

RICHARD CAPEL, 47, of Woodstock Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Sainsbury’s, Oxford, on June 11 and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour at Didcot Parkway Station on May 30. Must pay £130 compensation.

ELLIOTT WEBB, 22, of Manor Close, Drayton, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Manor Close on June 9. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

WILLIAM DICKINSON, 34, of HMP Bullingdon, Patrick Haugh Road, Arncott, admitted to assaulting a man by beating him in Bicester on January 24. Jailed for 18 weeks. Vicim surcharge £115.

ROBERT JASON STEPHENS, 26, of no fixed abode, admitted to harassing a woman by making five abusive phone calls in the space of 40 minutes and breaching an anti-social behaviour order in Merlin Road, Oxford, on May 30; and assaulting a police constable in Newton Road, Oxford, on May 31. Jailed for four weeks. Restraining order made preventing contact with victim. Compensation £150.

CHYIYAI HAKIKHALIL, 33, of Blacksmiths Meadow, Oxford, admitted directing threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour at two women to threaten or provoke violence in Queen Street, Oxford, on June 6. 150 hours of unpaid work. Victim surcharge £85.

LIAM HISSEY, 18, of Mably Grove, Wantage, admitted to taking a vehicle without consent of the owner and causing damage of less than £5,000, driving without insurance and driving without a suitable licence in Grove on New Year's Day. 120 hours of unpaid work. Victim surcharge £85 and costs £85.

ALEX CAMERON SALVESEN, 33, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, was convicted of stealing meat and alcohol of an unknown value from a BP Express service station in Oxford on September 3; and resisting a police constable in the execution of their duty on September 6. Prison sentence of eight weeks suspended for 12 months.
