FORMULA One driver Jack Aitken took a different vehicle for a spin on Monday as he launched an interactive electric car tour of Blenheim Palace.
The Renault F1 reserve driver was testing the two-seater electric Renault Twizy which visitors can now use to explore the country house.
Drivers and their companions can explore the palace at their own pace accompanied by an interactive tour guide in the GPS-guided tour.
The experience combines the sights of Blenheim with neighbouring Bladon and Woodstock, giving visitors a new way to explore.
Twizy Tours co-founder Simon Wetton said: “We are honoured to have created this tour for Blenheim Palace and to be able to offer visitors a different perspective on its history and heritage.”
