DANIEL COLLINS, 34, of no fixed address, admitted stealing meat and wine worth £40 from the Co-Op store in London Road, Headington on June 5. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

RICHARD GREENSLADE, 38, of Rackham Place, Oxford admitted assaulting an officer in the execution of his duty in Oxford on March 4. Fined £76, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

LISA-JANE LYNN, 54, of Gibson Close, Abingdon, admitted failing to notify a local authority of changes that would affect her ability to claim housing benefit. Fined £500, must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85.

RUTH MARY RODNEY, 47, of Nuffield Road, Oxford admitted drink-driving in Girdlestone Road, Headington on June 10. Had 61mcg alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £204, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

JOSE CARLOS VIEIRA, 51, of Fairfax Centre, Kidlington admitted failing to provide a breath sample for analysis during an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Abingdon Police Station on April 23. Fined £467, must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £620. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ANALISE COPESTAKE, 31, of Thorney Leys, Witney was convicted of stealing a mobile phone and medication from a woman in Witney and assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty in Abingdon Police Station on May 10. Jailed for six weeks and must pay £20 compensation.

EGLE SAMEL, 34, of Orwell Drive, Didcot was convicted of drink-driving in Orwell Drive, Didcot on June 9. Had 174mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Sentenced to three months in prison, suspended for 12 months. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.
