POLICE have charged a man in relation to a distraction burglary in Princes Street, East Oxford, earlier this month where a woman in her eighties had a laptop and a broadband router stolen.
Shaun September, 22, of no fixed abode, was charged last night and was due to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court today.
He was also charged with handling stolen goods, driving a motor vehicle without insurance and driving a motor vehicle without a licence. These charges relate to a Volkswagen Golf stolen when the keys were taken during a burglary on Iffley Road on Friday, August 17.
