POLICE have appealed for help to find a man wanted on charges of harassment, criminal damage and failing to provide a specimen after a car crash.
Sam Pearce, 28, from Oxford, was due to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on Friday but failed to show up.
Police described him as 'white, about 6ft 2ins tall, with a medium build with short cropped brown hair'.
He is known to frequent Oxford city centre, particularly Cornmarket Street, but also has links to Chipping Norton.
Police said members of the public should not approach Pearce, but call Thames Valley Police on 101 if they see him.
