Sir - Mr Roger Moreton complains persistently about the use of wheelie bins in East Oxford. (Letters, August 17).
Yet this week it has been reported that a man in Middlesbrough was offered counselling when his wheelie bin was stolen. Victim Support offered "emotional support and practical help" (Country Life, August 16). "There's nowt so queer as folk! An' that's a fact!"
