A SCHOOL has decided not to ban pupils from playing a violent video game, but advised parents it is unsuitable.
West Witney Primary School's latest newsletter states it conducted a survey about whether or not it should ban Fortnite, a hugely popular game with millions of players.
The letter added: "Whilst the majority of older children voted for it not to be banned, we need to remind parents that it is not a suitable game for primary-aged children."
Other Oxfordshire schools have sent similar warnings about the game, which carries an age rating of 12+, as has the NSPCC.
