IRENSUSZ BUDA, 52, of Farnborough Road, Mollington, Oxfordshire, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit and driving without third party insurance on May 30 at Horse Fair, Banbury. Had 84 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined a total of £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

ETHAN MARKS, 20, of Edmunds Road, Banbury. admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend rehabilitation activity requirements on April 11. He was fined £50 and ordered to continue.

DAVID SELLWOOD, 61, of Ashmole Place, Oxford, admitted causing racially aggravated harassment alarm or distress against a man on June 30 at Barns Road, Oxford. He was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

KERRY TRACEY, 37, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted possession of crack cocaine on April 24 at Banbury. She was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

Liam REID, 21, of Black Bourton Road, Carterton, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause another fear or violence on December 16 at Banbury. He was given a conditional discharge for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

JONATHAN WEBSTER, 27, of Harlech Close, Banbury, admitted breaching a non molestation order between May 31 and June 3 at Banbury by contacting a woman. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

RICHARD PECK, 40, of Wellington Way, Southmoor, admitted speeding by driving 62 mph in a 40 mph area at Foxcombe Road, Boars Hill on October 23. He was fined £295 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

JAMES POVEY, 22, of Joyces Road, Stanford in the Vale, Faringdon, admitted driving without due care and attention on August 25 on the A417 near Wantage and driving at Grove on December 15 with the rear offside wheel with a ply or cord exposed. He was fined a total of £1,100 and must pay court costs of £93 and a victim surcharge of £30. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

THOMAS GARDNER, 29, of Flax Crescent, Carterton, admitted driving without third party insurance on March 9 at Norton Road, Brize Norton. He was fined £392 and must pay a victim surcharge of £39 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 42 days.

MARK MINCHIN, 25, of Akeman Street, Combe, Oxfordshire, was convicted of speeding by driving 86 mph in a 50 mph area at Yarnton, Oxfordshire, on October 25. He was fined £334 and must pay a victim surcharge of £33 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 28 days.

RACHEL KEENE, 46, of Medhurst Way, Oxford admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty in Oxford on November 3. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £40.

ANDREA KOVACEVIC, 19, of Cheney Lane, Oxford, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty in Park End Street, Oxford on May 1. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, must pay £50 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

BRENDON SHAMU, 20, of Pegasus Road, Oxford admitted possessing a knife blade in a public place in Pegasus Road on April 25. Community order made and he must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

VINOD DHARIWAL, 42, of The Ridings, Kidlington, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis or co-operate with a breath test at Abingdon Police Station on May 12. Also failed to stop after a road accident in North Parade Avenue, Oxford on May 12. Community order made and he must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 52 months.

MANUEL GARCIA CORTES, 35, of Harefields, Oxford admitted drink-driving in Parks Road, Oxford on May 13. Had 43mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £173, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

DALE FRANCIS GOUGH, 26, of Cotswold, Faringdon, admitted possessing a lock knife shaped in the form of a handgun in Watchfield, Oxfordshire on April 21. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 court costs.
