CANDLE making, honey tasting and demonstrations on how to ‘bee’ friendly will be on the programme for Oxford's annual Bee Festival this weekend.
From 2pm to 5pm on Saturday, stalls and visitors at the West Oxford Bee Friendly Festival will be taking over the grounds of St Frideswide’s Church on Botley Road to teach locals how to help bees, which organisers say provide us with a third of our food.
Youngsters can also enter the under-12’s art competition, where more information can be found at osneybenefice.org.uk
