A COMMUNITY fundraising campaign for an East Oxford hub has reached its £50,000 target thanks to a boost from a co-operative network.
The service, called Flo’s, will be housed in the former children’s centre in East Oxford’s Florence Park and is expected to open this summer.
Shares in the centre have already raised more than £34,000 and now Co-operatives UK have agreed to match local investment up to Flo’s target.
Available until June 18, shares start from £250, with those living in postcode OX4 able to have a stake in the project for £100.
Visit flosoxford.org.uk to find out how to buy a share.
