Oxford DJ and promoter reported missing
Oxford DJ and promoter Dan Ofer has been reported missing as friends say they are 'very worried' for him.
Mr Ofer, who co-founded popular world music night Bossaphonik at The Cellar, has been confirmed as missing person by Thames Valley Police.
The Cellar appealed for help on its Twitter page and said staff were 'very worried for him'.
Their post said: "Please help us all keep a look out for the awesome Bossaphonik friend and promoter Dan Ofer.
"We are very worried for him."
It added: "We love ya Dan, hope you are home safe and sound very soon."
Thames Valley Police confirmed he was currently missing and that enquiries were ongoing to locate him.
Anyone with information should contact police on 101.
