OXFORD magistrates

Ryan SIMMONDS, 21, of Jersey Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work requirements on March 27 and 28, April 3 and 4. He was jailed for six weeks suspended for 12 months.

Kelsy CHINGALEMBE, 20, of Frilsham Court, Cholsey, admitted entering a train as a trespasser without a valid ticket for travel on October 31 at Oxford. He was fined £118 and must pay compensation of £8.20, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £160.

Robert FIELD, 29, of The Green, Marsh Baldon, was convicted of entering a train as a trespasser without a valid ticket for travel on October 31 at Oxford. He was fined £220 and must pay compensation of £31.50, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £160.

Harry KNOX, 19, of Brandon Close, Kidlington, was convicted of entering a train as a trespasser without a valid ticket for travel on October 18 at Oxford. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £31.50, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.

MICHAEL MITCHELL, 45, of Southfield Park, Bartlemas Close, Oxford, was convicted of failing to hand over a train ticket for inspection in Oxford on September 13. Fined £220, compensation £5.60, victim surcharge £30 and costs £160.

IBRAHIM NDIAYE, 21, of Kynaston Road, Didcot, was convicted of failing to hand over a train ticket for inspection in Oxford on September 27. Fined £220, compensation £6.30, victim surcharge £30 and costs £160.

SIMEON CATTLE, 38, of Blenheim Drive, Bicester, was convicted of using a mobile phone or handheld device while driving in Bucknell Road, Bicester, on September 13. Fined £200, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

JOSHUA LOUIE DAVIS, 27, of HMP Bullingdon, Arncott, was convicted of driving in Abbott Road with controlled Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in his system exceeding the specified limit and possessing cannabis, a controlled class B drug, on November 22. Fined £100. Banned from driving for one year.

SANDHYA ANAND, 51, of Old Road, Headington, Oxford, was convicted of unlawfully depriving a man from occupying his own home in Oxford on November 2, 2016 and March 17, 2017 in Oxford; and interfering with the peace and comfort of three of his tenants in Oxford in a way that was likely to cause them to give up their residency in 2016 and 2017.

ISTVAN KISS, 42, of Merton Way, Yarnton, was convicted of breaching a restraining order by contacting a woman on November 19. Prison sentence of nine weeks suspended for 12 months. Restraining order varied. Victim surcharge £115 and costs £300.

ANDREW WILLIAM HAYES, 51, of Savile Way, Grove, admitted to attending a property in East Challow despite a restraining order prohibiting him from doing so on March 16; twice contacting a woman despite a restraining order prohibiting him from doing so on March 17 and March 30; and committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Restraining order varied. 80 hours of unpaid work. Victim surcharge £85 and costs £85.

ZHARKO SPASEVSKI, 38, of Horspath Road, Oxford, admitted to assaulting a woman by beating her in Oxford on April 8. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Victim surcharge £20 and costs £85.

RYAN JAMES MACDONALD, 25, of Allnatt Avenue, Wallingford, was convicted of assaulting a man by beating him in Oxford on August 28. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Compensation £100 and victim surcharge £20.

REECE ANTONY FIRTH, 22, of The Wharf, Mill Street, Wantage, admitted to assaulting a man by beating him in Wantage on March 10. 120 hours of unpaid work. Compensation £50, victim surcharge £85 and costs £85.

Banbury magistrates

BRADLEY ELSMORE, 22, of William Buckland Way, Stonesfield admitted burglary at Apollo Office Park, Wroxton, and stealing a computer, tablet computer, mobile phone and other items on April 15. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

CALLUM WITTWER, 24, of O’Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, was convicted of three counts of breaching a non-molestation order, assaulting a woman and causing criminal damage on March 23 at Banbury, as well as breaching a previously imposed community order. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 24 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £250.

JANE BALZER, 63, of Cherry Close, Kidlington, was convicted of failing to give information relating to a driver on October 17 at Banbury. She was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and was given six penalty points.

SIAN LEWIS, 56, of North Hinksey Lane, Oxford, admitted speeding by driving 58 mph in a 50 mph area at Woodstock Road, Yarnton, on September 7. She was fined £320 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MARK AYRES, 33, of Colegrave Road, Bloxham, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work requirements on August 13 and September 10. The compliance date of his order was extended and he must pay a fine of £187 and court costs of £120.

Jared WOODHOUSE, 31, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted stealing fragrances valued at £35 on April 14, fragrances valued at £85 on April 29 and razors valued at £85 on May 1 from Superdrug, Castle Quay, Banbury. Jailed for four weeks suspended for 12 months, compensation £120 and court costs £85.
