RUNNERS will take to the streets of Oxford tomorrow for the city's 37th Town and Gown run.

More than 4,000 people are expected to take part in the 10K fun run, which is being held to support Muscular Dystrophy UK.

Race founder Mike Cleaver will sound the opening klaxon at 10am.

The event will start and end at Oxford's University Parks, with the route including many of the city's historic streets.

Road closures, which will mainly effect Parks Road, Mansfield Road and Broad Street, will come into force from 8am and remain until midday. For full details visit townandgown10k.com/oxford
