A knife-wielding robber raided cash from a petrol station till.
The man - described as Asian, wearing dark clothing and about 6ft tall - robbed the Esso 'On the Run' petrol station in Ermont Way, Banbury at about 3.30am on Sunday morning.
He was carrying a large knife and fled with about £200 in cash. He was last seen walking in the direction of Middleton Road.
Police only issued the appeal for witnesses today.
Pc Chris Field said: "This is a very serious offence. The two cashiers have been threatened with a knife but were luckily not injured.
"I would urge anyone who witnessed the robbery and has not yet spoken to a police officer or was in the area at the time and saw the man walking away to come forward."
