OXFORDSHIRE county councillors will remember a former deputy leader, Rodney Rose, at a meeting next Tuesday.
Mr Rose, a cabinet member for eight years and deputy leader for five, died on Saturday. He was Charlbury and Wychwood's county councillor from 1997 until 2007.
