FRANK TYCE BROWN, 60, of Stert Street, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Oxford on September 6 and assaulting a man by beating him in Oxford on September 8. Mental health treatment required, £50 compensation.

ADAM WAYNE BLOOR, 34, of Friars Wharf, Oxford, admitted begging in a public place in Oxford city centre on November 1. Criminal behaviour order made and he must not beg or sit within 10 metres of a cashpoint machine or five metres from the entrance to a retail premises. Fined £35, £30 victim surcharge.

SLAWOMIR DUSZCZAK, 41, of no fixed address, admitted possessing a kitchen knife without good reason in Market Square, Witney, on January 14. Fined £180, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

DENISE ELIZABETH KING, 29, of no fixed address, admitted stealing £60 worth of detergent as well as a quantity of meat and two bottles of cider, worth £63, from the Co-Operative, Templars Square, Cowley, on January 15. Jailed for 14 days, £115 victim surcharge, £85 court costs and £63 compensation.

THOMAS HARRY SKELTON, 29, of Saunders Road, Cowley, admitted stealing a bicycle worth £638.96 from Eastgate Hotel, Merton Street, Oxford, on November 5, thereby committing a further offence when under a suspended sentence. Jailed for two weeks and must also serve 12 weeks for original offence.

SHOFIK TOWNSEND, 41, of Campbell Road, Cowley, admitted stealing a bottle of champagne worth £65.98 from the Co-Operative, Oxford, on January 9. Placed under electronic curfew for one month, £65.98 compensation, £85 victim surcharge, £85 court costs.

JASON WILLIAM EDMUNDS, 22, of Mawle Court, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on the railway between Bicester North and Banbury without having paid the fare on April 24. Fined £440, £5 compensation, £44 victim surcharge, £100 costs.

WAYNE ALAN MAYCOCK, 46, of Thornbury Rise, Banbury, admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order by using a Samsung Galaxy phone which did not have risk management software installed in Banbury on July 14, and failing to comply with notification requirements of the order on October 25. Fined £100 and victim surcharge £30.

SAM MORGAN, 29, of Lime Kiln, Wantage, admitted driving at 101mph on the M4 in Berkshire, a 70mph limit zone, on May 4. Fined £500, victim surcharge £50 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

MADALIN PAUL BUNGHEZ, 25, of Guernsey Way, Banbury, admitted drink-driving with 56mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the 35mcg limit, and driving without insurance on the M40 at Banbury on January 9. Fined £420, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Banned from driving for 16 months.

ANDREW JAMES SCHOENEMANN, 29, of Kennedy Road, Bicester, admitted assaulting a police constable in the line of duty at Adderbury on October 7. Fined £100, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85.

TIMOTHY JAMES WALL, 35, of Hailey Avenue, Chipping Norton, was convicted of stealing a car worth £3,000 from Goddard Lane, Chipping Norton, driving without an appropriate licence on Acre End Street, Eynsham, on October 17, and taking a van without the owners consent from Sturt Road in Charlbury overnight on Christmas Eve, 2016. A 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £100, compensation £200, victim surcharge £80 and costs £100. Banned from driving for eight months.

MOHAMMED AZAM, 39, of Easington Road, Banbury, was convicted of assault by beating a woman in Banbury on August 8, breaching a restraining order in Banbury on August 12, assault by beating a two people and driving without insurance, taking a vehicle without consent, breaching a restraining order and damaging a £200 iPhone in Banbury on August 26. EDWARD DAVID RAWLINS, 34, of Green Lane, Milton-under-Wychwood, admitted drink-driving in Witney with 58mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath on January 20. Fined £200, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Banned from driving for one year.

DUNCAN CLEAVER, 36, of no fixed abode, admitted being in possession of a drug of Class A – methadone – on September 27 at Banbury police station. Fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

OLIVER MARSHALL, 23, of Quickset Close, Spelsbury, admitted drink-driving on January 3 in Chadlington Road, Spelsbury, with 67mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. Fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

POPPY NESTEROFF, 25, of Marlborough Road, Banbury, admitted stealing a handbag from a woman on June 19 at Banbury. Given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation of £337.50.

CORBI DEAN BYLES, 26, of Everard Close, Headington, was convicted of assault by beating a woman in Banbury on October 28, October 30, October 31, December 1, December 3, and damaging a door between October 1 and October 31. Prison sentence of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made preventing defendant from making contact with victim. Victim surcharge £115.

CHRISTOPHER JOHN GIBBS, 36, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a non molestation order by loitering on a sports field in Bicester on June 14. Must carry out 90 hours community service over 12 months. Restraining order made, £85 victim surcharge and £700 court costs.
