The inhabitants of Blackbird Leys don't recycle rubbish - they leave tin cans, bottles and other such things lying on the streets.
The chief result of city councillor Jean Fooks's plans is that illegitimate household rubbish is being dumped in the public paper banks.
Mrs Fooks should do one of three things as soon as possible: Restore weekly rubbish collections Resign Both of the above.
