THE Master of a Oxford college has been appointed to a panel which will look at the future of higher education.
Sir Ivor Crewe, the master of University College Oxford, was appointed to be a member of the Government's Post-18 Education Review Panel last week.
Prime minister Theresa May has pledged to look at how 'breaking down false boundaries between further and higher education' could be achieved.
Philip Augar, the former non-executive director of the Department of Education, will chair the review.
Other panellists include Alison Wolf, a cross-bench peer in the House of Lords.
