£30,000 has so far been set aside to help fund sustainable community based projects aimed at tackling health inequalities.
A recent report from the Health Improvement Board said Oxfordshire Growth Board has agreed to make contributions of £2,000 per local authority, which will be matched by Oxfordshire CCG.
Oxfordshire University Hospitals Trust has also agreed to contribute £2,000 giving a total of £30,000 to date.
Criteria for bids and a specification for the work will be finalised in the coming weeks, the board said.
