PLANS to demolish an 'uninspiring' art building at Oxford High School and build a replacement sixth form building and art block could be approved next week.
The North Oxford school has lodged plans for a two-storey building which will house art and design and technology classes as well as create a new sixth form and health centre at its Belbroughton Road site.
Oxford City Council planning officers have recommended the scheme be approved by councillors.
A decision will be made at Town Hall at 6pm on Wednesday.
