A MAN has been detained under the Mental Health Act after concerns for his welfare were raised yesterday.
Police attended Marley Close, in Botley, Oxford, shortly after 4pm yesterday.
'Riot vans' were reportedly seen parked in the road.
The incident was resolved safely and the man was detained under section 136 of the Mental Health Act.
