Alastair William Milne Price, 65, of The Old Vicarage, Witney Road, Finstock, was convicted of using a motor vehicle without third party insurance on May 4 2017. GRAHAM BATES, 25, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a community order made in respect of a theft by failing to turn up to unpaid work on June 29 and August 3. The community order was revoked and he was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months.

DEXTER THOMPSON, 35, of O'Hanlon House, Oxford, admitted two counts of breaching a community order by failing to keep in touch with his supervising officer. He was given a 20-week jail term, suspended for 20 months for one breach and another concurrent jail term of six weeks suspended for 12 months for the second breach.

JOEL GAKOI, 50, of Robinson Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving a vehicle without a valid driving licence on April 12 at Wooton. He was fined £46 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

CLAIRE GARDNER, 34, of Windmill Street, Deddington, Banbury, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on April 15 at Bodicote. She was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

GALIT GOLDSHMID, 40, of Grove Road, Bladon, was convicted of speeding at Woodstock Road on May 16 by driving 65 mph in a 50 mph area. She was fined £262 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was endorsed by three penalty points.

LUKACZ KRAJEWSKI, 27, of Harvest Way, Witney, was convicted of speeding on the M25 on April 14 by driving 95 mph in a 70 mph area. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

TOMAS LABUZIK, 24, of Priory Lane, Burford, was convicted of driving without a valid driving licence, third party insurance or a test certificate at Witney on May 5. He was fined £270 for having no insurance and £90 for each offence of not having a licence or test certificate. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

Sobia Khan, 47, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted between December 26 2012 and January 21 2014, dishonestly failed to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions in the prescribed manner of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to employment and support allowance, namely that she had remained outside the UK, staying in Pakistan over the prescribed time periods. Also admitted between December 31 2012 and February 24 2014, dishonestly failed to promptly notify Vale of White Horse District Council in the prescribed manner of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to housing benefit, namely she remained outside of the UK, staying in Pakistan over the prescribed time periods. Khan also admitted between July 6 2013 and June 2 2015, dishonestly failed to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions in the prescribed manner of a change of circumstances which she knew would affecter her entitlement to Disability Living Allowance, namely she remained outside of the UK, staying in Pakistan over the prescribed time periods. Discharged conditionally for two years on all offences. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES

PATRICK KOGO, 20, of Southfield Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving a vehicle without a licence on January 31 at Warneford Lane, Oxford. He was fined £60 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40. Disqualified from driving for 6 months.

CHARLES WALKER, 37, of Abingdon Road, Standlake, was convicted of speeding by driving 37 mph in a 30 mph area at Wooton on January 9. Fined £260 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
