RICHARD MESSER, 44, of Alvescot Road, Carterton, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit with 141 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

JOE PITTAWAY, 22, of Upper Road, Kennington, was convicted of assaulting a woman and causing criminal damage in Witney on May 10 as well as failing to surrender to custody while on bail. He was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement of 15 days. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £30.

STEVEN KNIGHT, 31, of Ticknell Piece Road, Charlbury, admitted harassment without violence against a woman at Charlbury between January 9 and June 30 an causing criminal damage by defacing a passport. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, court costs of £85 and compensation of £72.50.

GEORGE ROGERS, 36, of Middle Aston, Oxfordshire, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when requested at Abingdon police station on July 23 as well as driving without third party insurance or a valid road safety certificate. He was fined £240 for not providing the specimen and £300 for the other offences. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £30 and is disqualified from driving for 17 months.

JOE CALLAWAY, 26, of Gravel Close, Benson, was convicted of failing to comply with a red traffic signal while driving at Oxford on November 26 and speeding. Fined £100 for each offence and must pay costs of £40 and a victim surcharge of £30. He was also disqualified from driving for 4 months.

EWA GAPINSKA, 62, of Bicester Court, Kidlington, was convicted of failing to identify a driver when required between January 13 and February 10 at Banbury. Fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

DILBAHADUR TAMANG, 46, of Second Avenue Didcot, was convicted of speeding on the M4 by driving 102mph in a 70mph area. Fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

BENNY WENDA, 41, of Marston Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information as to the identity of a driver between January 9 and February 6, and speeding at Oxford on December 25 by driving 35 mph in a 30mph area. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

Pankaj Kumar, 26, of Cowley Road, Oxford admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit in Iffley Road, Oxford on August 6 2017. Kumar gave a reading of 95mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg. Also admitted being the driver of a vehicle which failed to stop after a road accident whereby damage was caused to another vehicle on the same date in the same location. Discharged conditionally for 24 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

Adrian Paul Steedman, 58, of Bernwood Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Oxford on August 6 2017. Fined £650. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £65 and costs of £85.

Nicola Jane Hawes, 45, of Andersey Way, Abingdon, admitted between June 10 2016 and March 10 2017 in Andersey Way, Abingdon, did not take such steps as were reasonable in all the circumstances to ensure that the needs of an animal for which they were responsible, namely a German Shepherd dog called Elsa, were met to the extent required by good practice in that she failed to ensure she was protected from pain, suffering, injury and disease by not adequately investigating and treating the cause of her skin condition. Also admitted between December 10 2016 and March 10 2017 in Andersey Way, Abingdon, causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, namely a German Shepherd dog called Elsa, by a failure to act, namely failing to adequately investigate and treat the cause of its poor body condition in which she knew or ought reasonably to have known would cause the dog to suffer unnecessarily or be likely to do so. Discharged conditionally for three years. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £150. Disqualified from keeping a dog for a period of five years.

Anise Jennifer Da Silva Martins, 20, of Bluebell Way, Carterton, was convicted of using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance on April 20 2017 in Witney. Also convicted of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence on the same date in the same location. Fined £880. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Claire Theresa Everett, 31, of Oxford Street, Woodstock, was convicted of using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance on March 18 2017 in Witney. Fined £660. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Mark Perry Heaton, 58, of Lyneham Road, Milton-under-Wychwood, Chipping Norton, admitted using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving a motor vehicle on a road in Oxford on March 13 2017.
