THE stage is up, the bunting is very nearly untangled and a certain former bassist for one of the world's biggest rock bands is getting ready to welcome 45,000 people back onto his Cotswolds farm.
This year's Big Feastival is just one day away and – once the last decorations are up – is set to be bigger and better than ever.
Former Blur bassist Alex James is this year hosting ska giants Madness, rap legends De La Soul and singing sensation Olly Murs alongside a host of delicious foodie opportunities at his Kingham farm near Chipping Norton.
Senior events manager Gabrielle Williams said yesterday: "We are very much on track.
"It is exciting to see everything being built and there are a few changes this year which we are looking forward to.
"We've built a fire put for sing-alongs and marshmallows so now we're just praying that it stays dry."
This year's camping tickets cost £189.50 for the full weekend.
