Inquests into the deaths of two pensioners who died in a fire at a cottage in the grounds of Blenheim Palace were opened today.
Donald Thompson, 92, a retired gamekeeper, and wife Dilys Thompson, 81, died in the blaze at home on November 8.
The inquests were adjourned at Oxford Coroner's Court until Thursday, March 16.
Thames Valley Police said following the fire that there were no suspicious circumstances.
