Grzegorz Janicki, 47, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting Katarzyna Janicka by beating her in Oxford on August 23. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

Roy Walls, 52, of no fixed abode, was convicted of attempting to steal a pedal cycle worth £700 from Fairacres Road, Oxford, on May 3. Also admitted possessing cannabis and cannabis resin, a class B drug, on the same date. Handed an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

Leon Harmen, 33, of Chapel Wood, Llanedeyrn, Cardiff, admitted being drunk and disorderly in School Lane, Grove, on August 2. Also admitted obstructing a constable in the execution of their duty on the same date. Convicted of assaulting two constables in the execution of their duty on the same date. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

James Lennon, 42, of Field Avenue, Cowley, Oxford, admitted stealing £40 belonging to Janet Rae by finding it in Windrush Court, The Hill, Burford, on October 1. Also admitted making off without paying for fuel worth £40.03 from BP Express Service Station, A40 Wolvercote Roundabout, Oxford, on October 19. Also admitted making off without paying for fuel worth 33.18 from Shell, in London Road, A4142 Headington, Oxford, on October 25. Also admitted stealing £15 belonging to Paula Hembury by finding it in Giles Close, Oxford, on October 28. Also admitted making off without paying for fuel worth £30.03 in London Road, Headington, Oxford, on October 30. Also admitted driving without insurance on October 25 and 30. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence order. Jailed for 28 weeks and ordered to pay £55 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge. Handed a 12-month driving ban.

Robert Becksey, 26, of Brasenose Driftway, Oxford, admitted assaulting Naomi Evans-Norris by beating her in Abingdon on October 27. Also admitted causing criminal damage by damaging an internal door belonging to South and Vale District Council in Abingdon on the same date. Handed a community order with a 120-hour unpaid work requirement. Ordered to pay £50 costs and £100 compensation.

Steven Persaud, 34, of Thames Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting Takeetha Forester by beating her in Oxford on September 1. Also admitted causing criminal damage by damaging a door belonging to A2Dominion in Oxford on the same date. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

Isabella Mugoba, 19, of Abingdon Road, Steventon, Abingdon, admitted stealing £1,295.83 from her employer Marks & Spencer, in Oxford, between April 2 and April 23. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £845.83 compensation.

Sonia Raj, 31, of Cromwell Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a £5 bottle of wine from Premier Supermarket on Pegasus Road, Oxford, on September 6. Given a three-month conditional discharged and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Tibor Rybansky, 41, of Abbey Brook, Didcot, admitted refusing to take a breath test when asked to by police on suspicion of driving under the influence in Didcot on October 25. Fined £150 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with ten points.

Robert Smialek, 35, of no fixed address, admitted stealing £2.93 worth of food from Tesco on Cowley Road on October 25. Also admitted assaulting Darren Machbank by beating him at the Tesco store on the same date. Ordered to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work in the next year, pay £50 compensation and a £30 victim surcharge.

Mark Eacups, 44, of John Snow Place, Headington Quarry, Oxford, was convicted of attempting to steal a bicycle worth £700, along with Roy Walls, on Fairacres Road, Oxford, on May 3. Also admitted failing to answer bail at Oxford Magistrates Court on October 10. Given an 18-month conditional discharge, fined £50 and ordered to pay £200 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Daneil Hart, 43, of Lye Valley, Oxford, admitted harassing a woman who he was prohibited from contacting by a restraining order, by sending her two emails on November 6. Given a six-week sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Nicholas Black, 35, of Great Clarendon Street, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on August 18 by failing to attend unpaid work sessions on April 3 and October 2. Fined £30.

Terrence Clarke, 33, of Fleetwood Way, Thame, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by High Wycombe Magistrates' Court on April 10 by failing to attend rehabilitation activity on October 6 and October 11. Fined £50.

Zane Helliwell, 18, of Ladenham Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on July 19 by failing to attend unpaid work sessions on October 16 and 23. Given a six-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to carry out 84 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.

Shawn Trinder, 21, of Dawes Close, Ascot Under Wychwood, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Banbury Magistrates' Court on April 15 by failing to attend unpaid work sessions on September 6 and October 4. Fined £50.

Leveht Ali of South Avenue, Abingdon, was convicted of two charges of failing to provide Oxfordshire County Council with information which could identify a driver suspected of a parking offence. Fined £140 and ordered to pay £120 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
